We are an OEM manufacturer of skimmer and sampler cones for popular ICP-MS instrumentation, with leading instrument OEM’s preferring our cones to those of our competitors.

Our cones are manufactured using a proprietary combination of electroforming and CNC matching techniques, with these techniques allowing us to produce the sharpest hole edges, highest surface finishes and perfectly tapered holes, which in turn assist in minimizing gas disturbances and cooling technology to conduct heat away from the tip.

The electroforming and CNC matching techniques also prevent melting or burning due to the low thermal conductivity of nickel, and thus significantly increase the peak sensitivity and lifetime of the cones.

And last but not least, our multipurpose peristaltic pump tubes feature color-coded stops for easy determination of size and are available in Standard PVC or Solvent Resistant PVC (yellow tinted), Viton, Silicon or Santoprene material.

The 2-stop tubes overall length is 16”, with a 6” center pumping section separated by two-color coded stops. Our Viton tubes for Mercury analyzers have an overall length of 7” and include two stops. We can also make 3 stop tubes per OEM specifications.

We also manufacture custom pump tubing designs to accommodate the requirements of certain OEM applications, with the products incorporating standard PVC, Solvent Flex PVC, Accu-Rated PVC, Silicon or Viton material depending on the specifications of the OEM.
