Custom Semiconductor Solutions

Our broad line of analytical standards, titrants, acids and etchants are used in many Front-End and Back-End semiconductor applications. Our Product Development Team provides essentially any customized analytical chemistry solution required in a wide range of semiconductor manufacturing processes to determine the precise concentrations of bath components including sulfuric acid, copper sulfate, chloride ion, pH determinations, etc, for electroplating, planarization, Copper Electroplating Bath Analyzers and post-process wet cleans. Novel standards required for development of advanced processes such as selective electroless barrier depositions can also be prepared. Included within this broad range of analytical products are standard and made-to-order concentrations of potassium iodide, silver nitrate, sodium thiosulfate, hydrogen peroxide, hydroxylamine, copper chloride, and many others.
